Technical Support Diploma


CNT Exam or (Computer Networking and Technical Support) is an an advanced certification in Computer Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Networking. It includes diagnosing advanced windows system failures, changing system configurations, BIOS and registry, downloading peripheral device drives and the removal of CPU and motherboard. CNT provides also an in-depth knowledge and practice inside Windows operating systems internals such as memory dump analysis. Also including advanced modules in Hardware and Introduction to Computer Science.

This diploma includes advanced materials in both Arabic and English and candidate should be familiar with operating systems and basic networking.
